[yes, i am aware that it was a difficult production to pull off and that there were also others who reported having a good time...and that there are 1001 other issues that need to be taken into account; but aren't there always??]

If you want a party in a beautiful garden with a lake or a water source, then you have to make it "legal" - which means "shaking hands with the police" - there is no other way. I am playing gigs and participating in parties in Israel since 97'. All those locations in the desert that once were so amazing and naive, today, at least for me, are so overused and abused, there are almost no spots that can be used for parties in that area, and apart of this part of land being abused so much in the parties, some people actually would love to see some green in their eyes instead of going 2 or 3 hours for two days in pudra in the desert! And yeah, there are amazing underground parties still, in the north too, but this is exactly why you have the choice! No one makes you to buy a 180NIS ticket when you already know what going to happen most probably.. The point I make tho, is regardless to how the party looked like at the moment 180NIS is OK price for 5 or 6 foreign acts in one party!! And what I was saying in my previous post still holds, even with your sarcastic take on "perfect"... There are events that it takes a lot of money to make them ( usually they are commercial but again you decide where you go ) and in these cases the tickets are expensive

OK checked some info... Big lineup outdoor party in Swiss ticket price is around 30 euros = 165NIS. Main difference between Swiss and Israel is that most of the "foreign" acts takes very cheap to fly in ( not more than 100 euros ) while in Israel same acts would cost 400+ euros to fly in. That is just an example I can give more.
