frequency to note convertion

hey everyone,

if there is already an awnser to my question, i'm sorry but i couldn't find it...

i'm looking for frequency to note convertion table, or maybe a formula.

if someone could help, i'd be gratefull.

amazing , just amazing stuff , i was wondering if we could do that?
an audio sample and them by changing freq it changes the note if i understood it right?!

Nice scripting-job Ansolas, but what's up with this BPM in relation to frequency and how can i use this when making music ? Frequency is already defined as beats (cycles) per second, so does it help if the frequency of the main tonality of your track is a mulitple of the track's BPM ? or is there some other use ?
