So I have a secondary monitor that I don't use very much - I heard that its common for people to run analysis plugs in their second monitor to watch the spectrum, RMS, stereo information etc.
Anyone have any freeware favorites for these tasks??
What do you use to monitor your mix?

s(m)exoscope and freakoscope from SmartElectronix are my favorites.
PSP Vintage Meter is good, I use it for live set master chan monitor
+1 for SPAN and raise you AnSpec
