i like their technique. i tried a different one first where it was like them pushing you off a cliff, but this one actually leads you into the world of meditation step-by-step and i was pretty impressed. in fact, i'm going back to do it again this year. a lot of people who came last year said that this organization was by far the best place to learn/experience meditation. i recommend it. |
