i am searching for a program thats allows me to put several short mpegfiles after eachother and that gives the possibility to put a musicfile under it.
something simple will do , no deed for other features. something like avs videoeditor but not as advanced and free preferably.
any hints? |

Have used that myself. It's easy as hell.
It lacks functions, but perfect for beginners and simple editing

Hey pple.. Once ur talkin bout video, allow me to join!
Some time ago i was speaking with a friend about joining dj with vj.. in a live performance...
Kind of: I go make my live act, and take some gear to perform some visuals i have sync with the music..
Anyone can give me advice..
Software, hardware....
Video stuff i know nothing about, if i wanna do taht, where should i start from???

Arkaos, Resolume, Cell for VJing..
If u wanna get serious u need midi controller, video camera and some 3D apps like 3DMax, Maya, XSI some video apps like After Effect, Vegas, and u can make whatever u think of.. I would also like to make a DVD audiovisual experience but there's much more to learn before..

Hey my man.. thanks. but you give me shit loads of stuff..
I am gonna look at some products on the net... You know, some keyboards from roland have something that is called VLINK, that is a cool function to work with video, lets's supose u are making a tweak on the sounds cut off , and at the same time in the video.. u get me??
U said camera, i have a nice sony camera, i tought that i could record some sutff and edit it...
i gotta go into that stuff.. For start, do u think it is possible to work with software, then if i am getting results i get to buy some hardware....

You bet my man.. i am getting stupefact with tha stuff i am looking at...
I am trying to find software to create phycedelic art/visuals.
And then try to sync it with music..
