i know this forum from many years..and still, i dont understand the meaning of it..that's why i barely say something..this site only discuss music..and music..and likes and dislikes based on the music..ok..is that what trance is all about?probably you must see this question lots of times..but..nothing have changed!isn't the trance expirience the most beautiful thing that we achieve by earing the sound and reuniting with other people?why is our mouth sutted when touch the drug issue?isn't it the beginnig of this movemnt?didn't psykedelic started with drugs?yes..we shoul tak about all the facts..and discussing everytime someone says that this is good or that is bad..no..we will always live in an utopic way..of course we should talk about our tastes..but desrespect is always present..i don't.is this what this site is all about?insulting..criticism..i agree with the parties, dj's and artists promotions..but why don't why have forums that could teach us more about all this?information for who is interested..and if i choosed a way of life that is beyond the social paradigm, where music is only the begginig of the best part..and can say i dessapointes..not that i am changing anything..just showing how sad i am ecaude i didn't live the pure 60's..
maybe photos of models at parties are more important than talking about our way of understanding the power of trance.. |

i dont understand. most of the things you say we cant talk about here have been talked about beyond comprehension.

I think he's missing the point here. Music can always be debated because it is about personal tastes. What I find fantastic can be crap in another man's (or woman's) eyes (ears more likely).. People like complaining, whining, nagging about other people's tastes. I would be lying if I said I'm above all that. I do it myself on numerous occasions. And you know what? That's human. So don't try to be something you aren't. Utopia cannot be found here.

There's a little bit of everything here algiz. I'm pretty new to it all (March or April I think) and I've found that there is a wealth of information to be had on a variety of trance-related topics, much to be learned, plenty of serious debates (some of them TOO serious  ) - photos of models are merely an added bonus!!
Seriously though I think it's fair that the forum has it's rules - I don't always agree with some of them but it's not my forum and most online sites will stop at certain subjects. It's not like drugs don't get a mention but usually it's within the context of a discussion. For everything else you just have to learn to use the search.

Sorry algiz, but I still don't understand what you mean...  I understand that you feel you can't always talk about the things you want to talk about in here, but which subjects are that?
We are a forum about trance music and culture, and this is a big enough issue to talk about for years (after all IsraTrance is here since 1997...).
Was there any case where you wanted to talk about something that is trance related and was told to shut up?

thanks for your attention karnaf, but the problem here isn't the fact that i want to talk about everything that goes on my mind..i know that isn't possible or even civilized to do that kind of things in this forum..the problem is that was just givin' my opinion here, to say how much i don't like the lack of respect to one people to another..and this discussions always start with the 2subjects" that can be talked around here...i was just defending the fact, that when i want to talk about drugs that are insert in this big culture..yes i'm shuted up, i know there are rules..but isn't the culture evolving all this facts?ad was shoked when i looked at a topic that had model women, is that in the culture 2?the fact is that kind of persons who starts that topics weren't accused to "talk about what they want"..and if is there the right of equality..if topics that reffer drugs are closed..topics like modeling must not ever be written.. |
