there is an option in the mixer bus to do that.... and also the stereo enhancer does the same... pls do correct me if imm wrong...

basslane enhances the bass region when applied.. this can lead to unwanted "thump" in the low freqs. personally thats too much for me most of the time.
sanford basstightener does the same job, free, with more options, i.e. selectable filter slopes and adjustable low freq eq. my choice to go!

The Sonalksis Stereo Tools also does the same but its not free.
Regarding the FL Mixer... , yes you can control Stereo Separation but only for the whole frequency spectrum and not below a certain frequency!           http://facebook.com/ansolas
