But yes..you will need an iLok to get your license..
What is it??
Little Radiator is a unique twist on the warm sound of the Altec 1566A tube mic preamp. Imagine a tube mic preamp, maybe even slightly misaligned, that drives and breaks in a very interesting way creating all sorts of pleasant harmonics. Great to fatten up bass, guitar, drums, or vocals. And it's fantastic on electric piano. Use a tiny bit or a whole lot. Little Radiator has boatloads of color, character, grit, warmth... well, you get the point. All the things you need to shake the "clean" off your computer recording.
Enjoy! cheers

imo the soundtoys stuff is in another league compared to urs or nomad, i used all of them and the ones that come close to uad in native is only the toys stuff from my experience.
i agree the prices are tough, but i do not know any native stuff (besides fabfilter but they make different products) that is equally good.

lol man you can get the bundle for not much you can probably still find it for 400$$
, if you look online...their price are good specially when dollars was cheap it was a bargain ! for around 250 euros you could have bought the bundle , it worth way more IMO
urs strip pro is very good too imo but soundoys have really good saturation , urs saturation sound much more like a plugin , it dont have the dynamic of hardware while soundtoys plugs are closer to me

yeah on their own the soundtoys are expensive to make you buy the bundle that is/was (dunno the current price) one of the best deal in plugins for what you get imo.
i tryed magnetic and i like it but i ended up rarely using it

yeah dongle sucks but lot of the best plugs use ilok ,no choice if you want them and tbh it s not much hassle especially if you compare to dsp solution that are basically expensive dongles

Regarding Decapitator, I have found the wholy grail of getting rid any apparent digital character.
I put a source through Decapitator first, then run it through a Moogerfooger/Phatty (or both in series) to warm up the Decapitated signal. Works a treat and it does not rob any bottom end.
For a cheap alternative to the expensive Moog stuff, check out Swarm Audio's cheap analog overdrive/distortion unit;

I use to have hundreds of plugins, all downloaded using torrents...To much too handle and actually it is not necesary..you don't need them all. I learned to tweak the knobs instead of scrolling presets. It took some time to understand everything..but it made my life much easier. Now I decided to buy just a few plugins i really need to get the job done. My synths of choice (till now) are Sylenth1(!!!), Trillian and omnisphere...that covers everything for me.
And concerning effects..
I discovered Soundtoys EchoBoy..for me it was the best delay plugin i had ever seen. So I bought it and now it is the only delay plug I use for everything...it's fantastic. But yeah..needed a dongle for that. So I bought it. Later I wanted a reverb from lexicon, antares autotune and a few other...they also need a iLok dongle. No worries for me, I already had this dongle..you can actually put a few hondred of licenses on one dongle..
I don't like to use cracked software anymore as I think that nothing is for free. Someone who cracks does it for a reason. He's not going to do tp please you..believe me...If you use it..There might be a chance that your computer will be a slave of the cracker somehow. You have no idea what you really are installing there...
It's my choice..hurts my wallet...but I'm happy.
