i dont mean necessery bad with plastic btw, it s just one more color . i will post sample if have time to make it , or you could try zebra saw and compare it esm, or maybe diva saw these should be warm and phat , while zebra will sound more plastic and digital. best would be to compare it to a analog synth that really have good raw sound or sample of it, the plastic thing may jump at you this way.
dunno if just the saw make it evident though, it could come from the whole synth, filters color ect a virus C can sound very plastic compared to a nord 2 for example . when i had a C i was dreaming it have the nord 2 saw in it..
still that plastic thing lead to lot of great patchs that would maybe not sound as good with raw osc like i enjoy most... dunno , sound a bit hard to believe lol |

just by comparing the osc it s not big as when making some patchs. some tal plugins don t sound much plastic compared to something like zebra for example, their raw sound is closer to some raw analog synth while zebra is usually very digital and plastic if you dont work on it hard to change this, it s versatile ..
i m thinking to sell Zebra havent used it in months, i wait for z3 , i hope it will get a more raw analog sound |
