I'm struggling to hear some of it, but here's what I've got:
"Let me give you a couple more suggestions for visualisations quite familiar to practitioners in many ???? and spiritual traditions ????. We did earlier an exercise ????, which leads to visualising a shield of light all around your physical body, extending beyond ????, which might appear egg-shaped ????. It's a good idea to set up a perimeter of light around yourself ????."
