No... I happen to know that Simon P has a custom reversing plugin that does Chinese translation... the release version will have Russian, Arabic and Suomi modules but not Chinese.

If you want somthing to play the same in reverse as it does forward all you have to do is copy the file, reverse it and merge it with the original file.
