I was playing around with z3ta+ yesterday. figuring out how to synthesize sounds. I was highly impressed with the possibilities of the the formant filter and what it can do to a saw.
I was hoping someone from this community could suggest any other Vsti which provides the formant filter alone, so I could combine it with other Vsynths. Thanks.

Thanks guys. Why are most VSTs for PC. Is there a formant filter vst for mac ?

mac plugins are au, not vst. There is a plugin that lets you use vst in an rtas environment, it would not surprise me if there was something like that for vst to au as well...
anyone?

AU -> LOGIC Mac
VST -> Cubase Mac/PC
Rtas, Audiosuite, TDM -> Protools Mac / PC
...

I understand there is a converter for VST to AU for mac. But is it possible to use VSTs on Cubase Mac without a converter ? I'm not able to.
