Hello Milosz,
I guess the ticket order form is not working? I can insert my data and send it to you, the "success-page" is on my screen but I have not recived a confirmation email with your bank data yet? I've tried a few days before and once more a few minutes ago. My spam folder is empty therefore there must be another reason for this fault?
Any ideas would be appreciated,

we got your ticket order twice and sent you a confirmation mail twice - I don't know why you received it only the second time.
@cha-os
in the last couple of days we got two ticket orders from the same person from germany. we assume that's you. we sent both times a ticket order confirmation to the email address indicated in the ticket order. Please send me a pm if you still haven't received anything from us.
nb: it seems that sending emails is a very unreliable way of communicating nowadays. we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this! |
