I don't know what abut other countries, but the condition of the toilets in the Israeli clubs are very abused. Even me, in some clubs prefer to go out find some tree to urinate on..., than to make my way through the mountains of paper and urinated floor.
So I guess it is usefull for poor ladies wanting to free the stomach for more beers ...
