i would like to hv opinions on programs, from composers generally...
let's say 1st of all, what sequencer do u use most, and why ?
2. give me a top5 of the vst's u use...
3. a top3 of your prefered external synths if possible ...
any other comment on other material is welcome... 
just to see...

i think you will find lots of info about your question in 'equipement and music creation 'section!
but i will answer
1-i use flstudio and cubase the most cos i know them and they do the job for me
2-sytrus,zeta+,albino,blue,pro53
3-novation supernova,alesis micron,access virus
4-use the best pc/soundcard/monitors you can afford

Ok dark_elf (my friend...i'm billy m. he he!)Let see....hmm
1. Sequencer: Cubase SX.3. Its simple,Powerfull,good connection with VST's and DX plugins and instruments, and i have learned to use verry well (i think he he).
and fruity loops is also good in order to you write something fast!
2. My Top5 Vst's:
a) Albino (just amazing...and it have a lot of banks!!!)
b) Synth1 (its free and wonderfull)
c) vungaurd (for the melodies..)
d) VB-1 (for bass-the best for fullon bass...-)
e) Z3ta+(...)
and generally little from all vst's...like:bassstation,Vstation,groove agent,Pro52,Absynth,e.t.c...
And i use many samples.
3.external synths: I dont havet but if i have i choose:
a)Nord lead
b)Virus!
....

hey there!
my choices are:
1 cubase with fl rewired or as standalone programs
2 albino,sytrus,synth1,refx beast,a1
3 asfar as i ve heard i would want the nordlead and the virus but have no experience so cant say much!
comments orange-atropa said it all!

I have a virus c,but if u are talkin about vst seems like nobody has the PT LE or Powercore.
Btw i saw ur site of ur new studio,good luck.
U have on screen the Virus powercore,why didnt u mention it ?

i have it, but it's supposed to be the same as the hardware (and hardware is more powerful as they say), and i thought maybe make more like "normal" vst plugs.
