Hello, in one word - PERFECT!.
one year ago i had the chanse to play with this baby few days in my studio and it sounded very
very MASSIVE!, but if you need it for mastering i can tell you that the Avlon 747 sounded much more massive and BIGER, maybe bcuz it has 6 band of stereo eq that can halp you shape it better or that you prefer to buy some other eq's like the SPL pq or Millenia NsEq, just kiding
anyway, if you dont need outborad eq GO FOR IT!

Actually I dont need it... But I got one, and Im testing. And to be honest not really good results.
I tried to master my music using this piece, but I prefer my soft-master... But it was "Mixmaster vs VSTPAck"...
A lot of ppl say things about "hardware comp for bass", wich is supossed to be better and fatter. Do u think Mixmaster can be used for this???
Also I got some noise problems while recording...

Mixmaster can be used for anything cuz its a compressor, but if you ask me, i would use it only for mastering, for bass i prefer internal process.
and the noise problems can be from your-soundcard,mixer,cabels or dust in the output or input.
