Hi Folks.., i just wanted to share my thoughts with u about this amazing Monitor.
After a long travel bringing them from Berlin to Israel and paying a generous amount of money at the customs.., i finally got them in to my home.
When opening the Box, first thing ive noticed is how amazing good looking they are. The Red Venner Wood finish gives it such a prestige look that i allmost started to drull just by looking at them.
After setting them up, wich wasnt that easy by 14kg each unit and calabrating them ( Bob Katz K-14) ive put on the first CD (Michael Jackson Thriller).....
....From this Moment on my smile was getting bigger and bigger. Now in the past few years i had the luck to hear and work on a few bad ass monitors such as Dynaudios Air series, genelecs and PMC but none of them showd me such a detailed, clear and deep picture like they did. The Bass, the Mid and the Highs are so clear, espacially the highs are so transparent and soft making u here Reverb tails u never even knew there were one.
So today ill start to break them in, cant wait to get the drivers open to reveal the whole magic of this unique Monitor.
Specs:
3 Way Active Monitor (D'Apolitto order)
1 * 6,5 Sandwich Cone 150W Bash Amp
1 * 6,5 Sandwich Cone 150W Bash Amp
1 * 1 Beryliumm Tweeter 100W A/B Amp
with a switch on the back u can choos which driver plays the Mid-Range
by the way the next cd i put on was Infected Mushroom B.P. Empire - Neverland

amazing .. happy monitoring Efteling
im a Solo6 owner and really happy too with them , though i wouldnt say the the bass range is super clear as in Dynaudios, its a little blur, thought the mid-hi are just incredible as you said, Beryliumm tweeters are sweeeeeet sounding, its a soft monitor after all

I'm using the Chorus 807 V's along with my custom set, and I love them..incredibly clear tweeters, solid midrange and bass, and no complaints at all so far.
You believe in the users?

Thanx guys...
the price in Germany after getting the 19% VAT back at the Airport was 1800 Euro ( got 393 Euro back at the Airport)
At the Israeli customs i paid another 3200 Shekels (Bustards).
So all togather i paid 12,380 Shekels only for the speaker and dont forget the flight, but i got a really cheap one.
Thank God i didnt have to pay extra wight, cheers for the guy at the counter..
So yes..., its allot of money and i saved it for quit some time..but as i said before it was worth every fucking Agura (Cent).
Tsabeat: Iam moving in to a new place next month, as soon as things are organized again u are more than wellcome to check ur mixes... just bring some papers

1800 euro ? for a new pair? wow thats realy REALY cheap!
you got realy good price at the end after costums and all,
i chacked after got mine with the israelie dealer of focal car audio gear, they can also specialy order focal pro gear and they asked 36,000 nis for a pair of twin's.
congradz for the great buy.
i have tham for a year now and thats the best thing ever happend to my mixes, after having mackies, dynaudios, active and passive i can easily say that this monitors in a higher league.
