there isn´t any program to do flyers
there are lots of tools that you can use to do flyers
like photoshop, freehand, etc, etc
you can also do very nice old school flyers by hand, with scissors (cut/copy leters, photos, etc), photocopy machine and color paper

u need fonts
not a spacial software for titels
once u have the fonts u can design a good looking flyer using office word :\ |

try Gimp, but dont expect anything original.
i remember it had some pretty cool auto effects. im not sure if they took them out for the newer versions.
eh, check it out. it wont hurt anythng. its free.

heheh how are you going to design anything if you never heard of photoshop in first place 
anywayz, some tips>
if you're designing a flyer, you should use 300dpi along with CMYK colours thats some print standard
but dont just download other ppl's worx from deviantart, depthcore or smth, and then put it on a flyer, its LAME |

you also consider trying adobe illustrator for text, and bryce is especially good for those strange watery 3d worlds, very common on goa covers. Also a fractal program for some psychodelics might interest you to, they can often be found online for free.
i also agree with technodromebg, dont use other peoples art, for one its illegal to steal a copyright, and 2: its very lame and originality will always pay in the long run. |

No man your'e wrong you don't have to pay! that is something that many artists don't know and lame organaizers use when stealing their work...
A wrok of art on the net is by it's defenition copyrighted...if me or other ppl who got their work stolen would actually do something about it they'd win
