there're plenty of diff. kinds.. either acrylic, goache and more.. to make that work easier you can buy a simple sprey of fluro paint and just sprey on top of your painting, tree, ppl, etc.

acrylic lines is good
search for reflectives lines, or 100% cotton lines white (very fluor)
they´re founds in stores for "tricot" whit a lot of line tipes
