Nicely done, very Astral Projection influenced (I could imagine their tr808 bassdrum and 909 open hihats kicking in). Bassdrum and bassline need to be in higher volumes, so do the snares.
The lines are very clubtrancey IMO, this is not my cup of goa tea anymore. But still, within the style, you did a good job.

Too much goa for me
IMHO it has very old sound like it was made on IT.in 94.
I think you have to improve your awn style, something new, something special;)
I don't talk about progressive or something but even if you do some goa try to be more unique cuz there are so many goa trax that your track won't be remembered...

A) in 1994 people used Scream Tracker, IT was still very unstable and not widely used then.
B) it doesn't sound like anything out of a tracker, the sounds are too flexible for it.
C) I'd give it a 1995 at least
