Check "split mixer tracks" in the options when exporting the track. Then you'll get a .wav of every mixer channels you use so you can import it in cubase. I've done it a couple of times in the past but it didnt work for me - lost the appetite for music while going through this proccess and and ended up dumping those tracks
Cheers!

If you want it to be seperate you can route 16 stereo outs (FL) to cubase. Cubase just receives audio but can send midi to the rewireclient (well in ableton this is the case, dunno exactly for cubae but should be the same). But reflect on why you want to move your tracks to cubase. If you got fed up with FL maybe you should just produce in cubase because rewiring and stuff can make things even more complex than they are. You should have specific reasons to do it imo (for me for example it's powered plugins that get treated better in ableton when it comes to delay compensation). Not out of a general wish for better quality because cubase tends to have this status (more than FL) amongst many people.

hmm... If I would be you (both of you, which would be quite schizofrenic but whatever), I'd render different parts in standardized lengths (like 16/32/64beats) and import them in cubase along with midi files of let's say the leads. All depends on how much routing/efx he's using. For me (my songs) it would be an almost impossible task to completely reconstruct them elsewhere from scratch with full control.
