Hi there,
to everyone who uses Hardware with FLstudio:
How the hell can you sync more than one Synth to Fruity as one can choose just one single Master Sync output....
I have checked Midiox with Midiyoke. But if i route everything through and then start Fruity, i can´t attach Prot numbers on these Ports anymore. It says " unexcpected error " - wtf?
So if u maybe help me out there , i would appreciate that much ....
So far
Cheers

I've used 2 synths and a sampler with FL and never had any sync problems...
i really can't remember but only of the hardware pieces or FL can be the master sync.
Make sure the Synths have diferent MIDI IDs...
Don't use crappy midi leads...
  roll a joint or STFU :) |

Hi Ssy000321,
can u guide me trough the settings u have made in FL?
FL can´t sync to external Midi equipment , as it can only sync when its the Master.
Thats really bad btw.
And i really don´t get it how i can fix that.
Please anyone , there must be a solution...
Krumelur ,´i´m sure u use external gear, and more than one device with FL.
How did u sync all ur external gear to FL.
It can´t be that there´s no solution for this problem.
It is in my opinion really crappy if one can´t define more than one Clock output.
Thats fucked up!!!
What the hell i need those automation clips for when i just can sync 1 external gear....
And btw , those automation clips are really worthless , as u can´t convert them into normal automations and vice versa - someone at imageline should have thaught about this obvious demand....
Ok , i hope the problem can be solved....
Best wishes

hey ppl, that can´t be. Really.
Are u all using FL studio just with software?
I canßt imagine that it is like that.
Im really annoyed because of this Midi Problem.
There must be a possibility.
Thus ---- puuuuuush

Hi all,
its alright.
I solved that problem.
I made something wrong with the routing trough midiox.
It was that i can´t have things routed ago midiox.
It has everything to be routed trough midiox.
So i defined one inputport to where my masterclock goes. The signals were then routed trough midiox to both of my synths. Then i routed the outputs of my synths and my keyboard to one outputport of midiox which is my remote in in flstudio.
and i attached two outputs of midiox to my two synths . In fl i equip these virtual ports with the port numbers i use as output to the two synths.
Now im done ;-)
Hard struggle , but everything works now.
So this is for everyone who might have this problem in the future......
Have a nice time!
Cheers

I've checked the configs in my FL and it's set to master sync and every synth is set to external sync...
Why do you use midiox for?

Hmmm,
i used it because i cant send the masterclock to two synths on two ports.
i can only send the masterclock when i use my synths with the midi thru option and that is something i dont want to do....
Thus i have to use midiox....
I think i have described it clearly.
And in the end i have my feet on the ground there ;-)
Cheers

hmmm , i find it a little suspect with all those device ids and whatever. No , two seperate ports for two seperate synths.
I think that is the most secure solution. And by the way , where in FL can u define which port sends which device id?
Ah , u see , whatever u do u have to dive trough some trouble.....
But finally , u know where u are after all ;-)
