in the export dialog there is an option to leave a tail for the audio *looping mode* set it to leave reminder if its changed!           http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

cut remainder for precise loops
- cuts everything after the selected bars

leave remainder for whole tracks
- plays remaining sounds, although i put an empty pattern bar to the spot i'd like the track to end so every reverb and delay doesn't get cut.

wrap remainder for loops that end with tails
- same as cut remainder but takes the tail of some sounds and puts them in the begining of the rendered loop, so there's a smoother transition if the loop is to be used continuously.

Are you using any dsp^cards like UAD? Because they cause latency and you should compensate (see rendering options) that.           http://www.soundcloud.com/bandarlog
