FL Studio problem with Latency!

Hi dudes, somebody knows how can i fix the problem with latency in fl??

When i push the piano roll the sound is earing at 2 seconds later than i push it!

adjust-the-buffer-size-of-your-soundcard...

or-get-a-professional-soundcard-which-already-has-ultralow-latency!
