FL Studio Plugins in Cubase?

I've just started working in Cubase and I can't seem to open any of the FL Studio plugins in Cubase. I've added the FL VST folder as a Shared VST folder in Cubase, but all of those plugs come up as "Missing" and don't open...Some of them are really cool and I'd like to use them, or are they exclusive to FL? (Plug-ins like EQUO, Fruity Scratcher, Fruity Love Philter etc)

Anyway to use this without Rewire?

yes it is exclusive
but fruity loops IS vst

or rewire
so u can use those plugs if u get your audio into fruity

Strange, because I can use cubase plugins such as vb1 or Quadrafuzz
in FL Studio, I wonder why not the other way?

cause cubase native synth are vst , as this the programing method they invent and use
in fruity nope its not vst at all
i been trying years but never worked ok
