FL Studio Mixer Question...(kinda dumb)

In the FL Mixer,in the Amp section there are two switches:I know that the right one is Pan but I don't exactly understand what the left one ( Stereo Separation) does.Is it mono to stereo / stereo to mono or something like that???

So if I wanna make a full track just in FL it cannot include any mono?If it's true IT IS A BIG BROBLEM!

You can. If you set stereo seperation to zero the singal is mono. And of course you can include mono. I think if you set stereo seperation more than the half it seems to be like an stereo enhancer.

Set stereo seperation to zero to get a mono singnal.
"now watch dB meter and press reset on pan knob
what you will see it volume down and two signal back .
so ask youself why pan should add volume ?
so mono is same as you pan 100% left or right but played on both speakers . "
I think its a error in the db meter at the mixer panel. I checked it with Waves meters, and there is the same.
And the point that you can't load mono vst of the waves bundle does not say that you can't work mono

taken from FL Studio help file:
"The stereo separation filter allows you to increase or decrease the amount of difference between the left and right audio channels of your mix. In the default position (middle), the stereo separation filter is disabled. Turn the wheel to left to decrease the stereo separation (turning maximum to left results in a mono sound), turn right to increase it. Note that filter has no any effect if the input sound is mono."
