i see sometimes on some instruments or vst presets the usage bar gets like 40-50 %
and then it starts to "scrath" the sounds

so for this problem to go away do i need to get a faster proccesor or just add ram?

tnx! & have a magical weekend!

Even if you have a not so powerful computer, you can try these things and see if it solves your problems.

Try using the 'Switch smart disable for all plugins' option under Tool > Macros. This should reduce CPU usage.

Scratch sounds are probably your buffer options. Go to Options > Audio Settings and adjust your buffer length to a higher number.

yes , but careful with smart disable option on reverb , delay with longer than 4 secs tail , Google xp tweaks and see what is good for audio
