what kind of midi keyboard or hardware synth do you use?
Does your knobs has a nr? if so find that nr and when you go to
Fruity wrapper - lasted tweaked parameter - link to controller
there you can choose controller number... this should be the nr of the knob on your hardware..
maybe there is other ways! good luck

right click and `link to controller` for onboard stuff , for external vsti ,like freeflow explained, move whatever knob you want to assign with mouse -> wrapper -> last tweaked parameter -> link to controller and move the knob / fader

there are 2 ways , the first explained by mk47 and freeflow
the easier way on earth to midi learn is in FL too , and used for multiple controlers
step 1: click the multilink button (with the joystick icon)
step 2: twist the VST parameters , multi vst works too (a: cutoff b: lfo rate c: reverb amount d:flager feedback etc)
step 3: twist the knobs on the keyboard in same order and magic is there

jizy - yeah you can get real far with just Vst instruments and FX... i always used my Yamaha An1x for midi controlling and knob tweaking... ill get a better midicontroller soon were you can use some mapping on the knobs...
Elad thanks for that cool tip about multilink! great
