This is practically impossible to be done by someone else other than the FL programmers. Make a request for it at the FL forums, it's already been requested and i guess it'll work on FL8. Untill then there's not much we can do - don't use the macro or run the fx channels one by one and disable it manually - Sucks I know, but...
Cheers!

if i got the question right your problem is that if you use the smart disable, you get your delays cut and stuff. but you still want to use this function to save cpu. i think you can solve it easely:
just go to the mixer channel where you have the delay that you dont want to get cut. click on the pulldown menu beside the fx channel and there you can switch off the smart disable fuction just for the delay. the rest remains smart disabled.

Yes, but if you've used the "smart disable for all effects" macro in one of your projects and later on you get a new much more powerfull pc, you might want to turn it off in every delay and every reverb in the track and i can tell you it aint no fun running down maybe 30 mixer channels and disabling it one by one
Cheers!

i do smart disable everything except of the time fx. but when ?
when my cpu is running wild i press smart disable for all and YES i do enable one by one every single one time effect.. and then if i add any additional stuff, i just disable it and on and on.. not a really boring thing to do.
