(boy this thread was long...)
speaking from the producer's angle (not the developer's), i would be very interested in seeing the results of this test and i am with the guys doing the test all the way...
why? cos (proven that there are sound quality issues) it would be a strong argument against the FL programers, so that they start doing smth about it.
how would that help me? i wouldn't then have to put all the time spent learning a specific sequencer (in this case FL) in the garbage can. i personally don't want to start learning another sequencer in order to be able to have no loss in sound quality (unless there is nothing that can be done about it). and the way i see it, the results of this test might be able to change this situation.
so, here i am anxiously waiting for the outcome! and if there's anything i can do to help, i would be more than glad to do it.
