hi,

I have a problem when using import midi in FL. I can import midi but when I do the track is split into 16 midi channels. No problem so far... But I can only copy/paste channel 1 to other synths. Even if I select the whole midinotation of another channel and change it to channel 1 (green, which is necessary to use it in other synths) it doesn't work. I can only use synths as Orchestral which support 16 channels to use the other 15 channels. I don't want to re-write them all so plz a good solution.

To summarize:

- channel 1: ok
- other 15 channels: can't copy, can change the color but not the actual channel (if I change the color, they look like ch.1 notations but they aren't.

thank you           http://www.soundcloud.com/bandarlog

no no...I can copy but as you know every midi channel has its own colour (in pianoroll). I can copy the midi notation of let's say ch.4 in some colour and copy it to the pianoroll of some vsti. The problem is that most vsti's only recognize (offcourse) ch.1 notations. I can't transfer the notation of ch.4 into ch.1 midi. If I do so (by changig the colour) tyhe only thing that changes is the colour, not the midi channel. As a result I have a midi notation (copied) for the vsti but no sound (cause he doesn't recognise it)           http://www.soundcloud.com/bandarlog

ok nevermind, problem solved. The answer in case someone else has teh same problem: Don't change the colour by selecting your whole notation and then change colour group. Change colour by pressing alt+c. there seems to be a big difference between them.           http://www.soundcloud.com/bandarlog
