hm normaly it wont happen for no reason. so something changed. new plugins, recent windows updates, driver change. does it happen randomly or is it maybe a certain thing in FL that makes it freeze?
try to remember what u did before it started happening. searching for the problem on google is also a good idea.

thats the way i go for when something doesnt work.

I tried to search at google, but couldent find anything of use .
It happends completely randomly. I dont think its related to anything special, cause it have happend at times doing all kinds of things. Sometimes when i work in a synth, sometimes in the playlist editor. Sometimes in the piano roll.

Very strange .

try to reset the settings (there is an option in the fl settings)
if this doenst fix it remove it after you backup your tracks if you save it in the flstudio folder and install again!

also look for some drivers issues like big under runs or if you are getting out of ram!           http://www.landmark-recordings.com/

I cant say that it has ever happened to me personally but I have read on others forums peeps with the same issue as you - and they have found it was due to certain plugins - I guess FL has a glitch when it comes to particular plugins and such like. It is helpful if you jot down what Plugins you have used, and then do a dummy project with the same ones and see if the issue still happens, reverse engineer so to speak the plugins one by one until the crash or freeze is no longer an issue - some peeps have done it this way and can locate the specific plugin which is casuing the crash/freeze. May work for you, may not - but I am only reiterating what I have read on other forums.

Goodluck with it and hopefully you get it sorted, Grevinsky.

Thanks for all answers. I have think i found the problem. It seemed like it was too little ram over for the computer so it just froze. So i guess i have to buy some more ram.
