FL 9 Hint Bar !?!?!

Does anybody knows how to move the position of the "Hint bar" in Fl 9 ?
I wanna move it from the left down corner to the right upper corner. I did it once but i have reinstalled FL and i don't remember how i did it.... I already try everything but no luck anymore !

Got it !!! Was so simple.
Ahahaha...
I just need to place the mouse in the middle of the circle of the Hint bar and than move it where i want !
Back to work now ! Ihaaaa !!!!!
