its gonne
u always have to u save 2 different flps of ur work and always save a zip version of ur track and update it as u move on!
this occurs sometimes when a plug is corrupting the flp !

bad luck my man!

Bhooteshwara Records
Cubasing is like Freebasing, just with audio.
Both cost more than you can afford, and leaves you sitting in a dark room with no life, craving for more.

but wats the best way to go about it from now on ? do i start from scratch and make it entirely new or do i try and painstaikingly reconstrust the track just the same as best as i could .. 40 odd

most of the times they cant fix it they can only fix the file if the corrupted file is a zip file!

A couple of weeks back same thing happened to me in FL, lost a project and tried to remake it from scratch.
Turned out to be a complete waste of time so i'd say just dump it and start a new one
You'll forget all about the track you lost in no time so don't worry.

cheers!
