It's very short so it's hard to give you too many tips. I didn't like the synth too much, the synth itself not the melody, it's also much louder then the bass and kick. Try to switch it one octave up and also bringing a different synth. Renegade is great for this Psy-ish sounds and the old fashion psy sound.
Ableton live is very good, I like it far more the Cubase and in my opinion it is by far more advanced then Cubase. I worked with all kind of software dating back to MS-Dos, and I switched to Ableton from 2-3 year of working in Cubase. Unless you have alot of external gear and many interconnection there is no reason to work in Cubase at all for electronic music, I don't see any benefit over Ableton what's so ever.
Check out my track in the signature, they are all made in Ableton.

keep on working!
this sounds like a intro...
just because the voice sample is higher in volume than the rest..
you could add a snare roll after this intro clip and then bring up the bass and kick and everything so it sounds more massive...
