Here i would like to find answer to my question. I've started to listen to psytrance in mid 90' but it was some time before and probably even in 70' some artists already done electronic psychedelic music.
Tell me and others who is/are the father founders of this genre.

first you got to tell if you want to know the answer for a) electronic psychedelic music or b) psytrance. there's quite a lot of psychedelic electronic music out there which isn't psytrance related. i think the psychdelicness is also in the ear of the beholder  . so the answer for me would be for a) oskar sala who started in the 1930's with one of the first "synths" called a trautonium. for b) i don't have an answer to cause i haven't listened to industrial music. i guess the first prototypes of goa or psy tracks were mixtures of industrial and trance elements.
