So this is the first thing I've written since September! Really busy time with college which I only finished in November and just never got back into production until a few weeks ago. I'd spend hours just tweaking a kick and bass and then changing it before just settling for something that sounded good and starting this project which is starting to write itself. I'm hoping to get two new tracks done before a live set I have at the end of march and I'm digging this new found inspiration.
How is this track sounding? Personally I think it's a few steps above stuff I was writing months ago, I've been trying a lot of new things technically and musically but I'd like a second opinion production wise. I've spent hours tweaking that kick and bass - one of the things I spent the most doing was making minute adjustments to the bass's volume - it's sitting about 2dB lower than the kick... So how does it sound? Any other feedback is much appreciated!

sounding nice man.. good atmos and i like the perc work.. some synths not my taste but tight bass.. good shit.. keep working

Thanks so much man, nothing better than a bit of confidence to finish a track. I'm always so concerned about my bass because I'm working in an untreated room so I find that I spend way more time on that than actually writing which sucks. Slowly getting better with my synthwork and leads though, which I'm happy with.
I would use Soundcloud (got other tracks at www.soundcloud.com/chemogen) but I didn't want to put that one up just yet.
