Allow us to transport you into another world far away from everyday life. With its scenically beautiful surroundings the Spitzkoppe is one of Namibia's most treasured and loved destinations. The richly-coloured rock walls, allow the land to share stories of the past in the rock paintings that can be found at Bushman’s Paradise, Small Bushman’s Paradise and the Golden Snake ( Shamans Cave).It is completely isolated, truly panoramic and attracts visitors from all over the Globe.Trance Namibia is aiming to create Environmental awareness and educating people on environmental degradation, energy depletion as well as supplying information on how to use renewable and alternative energy sources. Awareness will be created in form of a 5 day Eco Music Festival hosting over a 100 of the best Namibian, South African and International DJ's. Crystal Nexus 2011 will take place the 1-5 April 2011 and is the first ever Music festival to take place in the Desert. Our vision is to create an environment of freedom, interconnectedness and awareness of the diversity of nature by way of the haunting desert setting. This gathering will not be an isolated event, but rather a constantly evolving ideal, changing from each event to the next, spreading the word on environmental awareness, love and unity.The music festival is an opportunity for every participant to be affiliated with an environmental awareness campaign that is brought to thousands of people from all walks of life in an environment that supports peace and awareness of nature.
None Profit Organisations that will benefit from Trance Namibia Crystal Nexus 2011
Apart from the Global Wheeling Foundation, Trance Namibia will also be supporting other bodies. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to The Naked Truth. It is a non-profit body that takes care of the needs of Sheltered Animals (SPCA). Crystal Nexus 2011 will also provide a platform for our very own project “Africa helps the Children of the World”. This project assists other NGO’s and charities by feeding and schooling children across the globe. The Community residing at Spitzkoppe will benefit largely from this event financially. Going forward, Camping fees at the gate will be used for the local school and various other projects.
