						| I notice this some of the time when visiting the forum with Firefox... the page starts to load then it goes into convulsions, reloading every second without letting the content fully re-render. I think it may have to do with the scrolling news feature at the top, since it usually doesn't trip out until that has been displayed. |

   this "convulsion" you describe happens in my case only once per loading of the main page.
 
 Your description is very far from what I get.  Can you give a better description?
 Which pages? Does it happen all the time?
