I use these:

Tab Effect:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4258

Download Statusbar:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/26

And some VideoDownloader, I can't remember which one.

What you think could be useful to me?

I don't think they eat the resources significantly.

Check Tab Effect, it is cool...

Hi

Common Plugins for firefox:-

Plugins help your browser perform specific functions like viewing special graphic formats or playing multimedia files.

Plugins are slightly different from extensions, which modify or add to existing functionality.

Acrobat Reader

Adobe Flash Player

Java

Quick Time

Real Player
and some more............

Stumble Upon -- It's the best procrastination add-on! You tell it your interests (my one problem is that psytrance isn't on the list) just click the stumble button and it takes you to a related website! Its awesome

NO SCRIPT is the absolute must have and I strongly recommend.

I also use the DOWNLOAD HELPER add on and it works perfectly for downloading videos and music,in a rather very bad quality:)))))))

I also use the PDF DOWNLOAD and I find it very useful.

I used to use YOONO and I discovered some great sites with it(it shows similar sites to the one you are browsing and users who have that sites in the bookmarks,so you can enter their bookmarks and check if they have something interesting for you),although it is a little bad if you want complete privacy.
But I don't really recommend this.

Yeah, sure. If I don't have a user, then who wrote me?
