Nice! I was looking at those. I'd be interested to hear how you like it after you get it all tuned and whatnot. Congrats!

Nice one mate, welcome to the club
For distortion I highly recommend the ProCo RAT2

And for modulation effects the MF-108 and MF-102.

Enjoy the true acid!

Peace out.

really nice, gratz man!

A question about building: Im not very good at building electronic stuff....So is there any advance in building it by yourself instead of buying a pre-built one?

Or is it just for fun for those who like to build such stuff?           My first track:

cool! thanks for posting pics!

like above post just wondering how you'd rate the build? ive only tried very basic kits

did you solder the resistors that way because they wouldn't fit flush to the board or?

Thanks Guys!

I just followed the manual for the most part, it's kind of like painting by numbers. You know red goes to #2, green #4....

I think the resistors are like that because of the space constraints.

At first they have you solder in the LED resistors, so theres like 40 of them after that pretty much had the soldering technique down.

This was my first big project like this. messed up a couple of times but its all part of the experience, learning to troubleshoot and what not. Not Recommended if you can't be organized and keep track of all of it. I took it a section at a time, checked and double checked and still managed to mess up.

@Nectarios Do you think I could just use my guitar effects pedals?

The Moogerfoogers and the ProCo RAT2 are basically guitar pedal effects. So yes the x0xb0x goes very well with guitar effects pedals.
All (soft/hardware digital/analogue)synths go very well with guitar effects pedals but a lot of people don't seem to have realized that yet.

Peace out.

intelligent, thoughtful and witty; as desired by a hipster. Think on the lines of the “indie culture” and “bohemian style” and you are close to choosing perfect attire for the occasion.
Dressing up for the festival comes from within; it’s not something that can be contrived. One of the key factors that must be reflected from your dress at the Berlin Hipster festival 2012 is the “I don’t care” attitude.Make up your mind regarding what appeals to you most about the BerlinHipsterFestival2012 and then finalize your attire. It’s only then you will feel passionate about your dress, once you connect to it.
It’s time to reinvent the world this summer with your attractive dressing style. Do take a note of the newly, emerging independent music forms while finalizing your attire for the occasion, especially in areas like nu-rave,

Had the gain up on the input of sound card = lots of noise.

Here are samples. Clean and using my roland micro cube for effects.

Just look around the internet for DIY kits and choose one with few parts. I learned about electronics using "Snap Circuits" no soldering, kind of like legos.

Have samples, can't figure out how to embed soundcloud player.
