There are quite a few pluginz you can use:

1- blue filter
2- grm tools
3- waldorf d-pole

If you have reason use the sampler it has a good filter.

Good luck

it is best to automate vst pluginz only, cause direct x arn't build for real time use.

I guess you tried to DirectX plug-ins and you saw
that they aren't so helpfull :)

Try the following plug-in:
- "Sonic Foundry Noise Reduction" (plug-in)

Good one (In my opinion) :)
