anyone can help me with a small problem?? i need to filter some sounds with background noises. how can i do it in the sound forge 5.0 or in other programs (Sound forge 4.5)? |

There are quite a few pluginz you can use:
1- blue filter 2- grm tools 3- waldorf d-pole
If you have reason use the sampler it has a good filter.

more on the subject: is there a pluggin for cubase that allows u to record filtering on audio channels?

it is best to automate vst pluginz only, cause direct x arn't build for real time use. |

I guess you tried to DirectX plug-ins and you saw that they aren't so helpfull :)
Try the following plug-in: - "Sonic Foundry Noise Reduction" (plug-in)
