looking for, ideally, vst or dx plugs.
standalones are welcome too ( beside wavelab ).

Well i'm not sure what you mean, but i'm guessing you are looking for spectrum analyzer soft?
Anyways find a program called PAS, it's free i think and it's very useful. Don't remember where it can be found but if you'll have problems tracking it PM me, i've got a copy.
