hey psyfolk!
hope everyones doin well! ive got a querie that can maybe be resolved by some peeps here..
well, my imagination started when i was at a club and was stompin around, like youdo, and was accompanied by a friend of mine who is deaf.
She feels the music in ways that i cant - one thing she describes; is the feeling of bass patterns and other powerful low end sounds (as well as the crowds energy).
Now, this got me thinking with sub sonics (i dont know a lot about technical stuff) and their applications and wether it would be possible to give a little something else to the music that would enhance the crowds connection to psy-trance.
is a little difficult to explain, but, would it be possible to create a frequency that would operate on an underlying aspect of a track but when tweaked, would be both felt and heard, kinda like a sonar, and can be made louder and quieter (but still retains that sub-sonic frequency) and in so doing enhances the minds perception/connection of trance...
I apologise if im not making any sense (at all)

what your friend feels is propably not only the subsonic.,
you can feel higher frequencies (at severe levels).,
the point with the subsonics is that you can't hear them anymore, so you can only feel them.,
actually, you propably will only get a gutt-wrangling sensation from the subsonics
actually, you propably can search out sets of frequencies that are efficient at resonating different parts of your body ., i've had similar sensations at some parties where sounds seemed to crawl all over my body, like a massage.., i've even had my teeth resonated (not sure if it was on purpose tho
