The 3rd album by south africa's elecronica supremo Felix Laband is out...finally 
Two years in the making, there is no compromise in quality and style, Felix creates music in his own world, and this is apparent from his previous releases on African Dope. The new album is to be released worldwide on Compost label, for now visit www.openrecord.co.za for details.
The album is full of sweet melodies, plinky plonky sounds, music boxes, guitar and the hopping percusion and glitches which create a sweet warm fuzzy feeling to the listener...also there are collaborations with the openrecord posse...who provide guitar and percussion.
Felix also knows how how to bring in the deep bass which gives these melodies a solid foundation.
This album will be well received and hopefully an end to the dark days for Felix |
