Ey friends and beloved ones, who've helped me out for ages and given me great advice!
Without you guys i'd never be contacted by record owners around the world lately. So thanks for that!!
Now, enough sentimental stuff.

I'm working on a new project at Media and Communication class. I'm pretty sure this is gonna be neat in the end, but i would love to hear your opinions on my recent KB!

Is it very plastic sounding? Or does it sound somehow... unfitting/unnatural? I really love nasty crisp fullon basslines tho.

I said I like it dirty, not muddy.

I think it's lacking a bit of power because everything is super compressed.           Free album out now:

As long as the sound still makes it stick to it's genre i guess it's okay with a bit plastic'y texture i guess..

It's probably because i'm using ES1 with Overdrive distortion on the high-end. . .

Except i don't use compressors for other than sidechaining because i don't ... know how to use them ...
It might be because of my Phase rotation technique on the lowend though...

Or does it sit in the high end?            http://soundcloud.com/li-fe

Or does it sit in the high end? eventually, the kick? Because the kick is kinda super EQ'd ...            http://soundcloud.com/li-fe
