- Basic layout and workflow of Scope DSP System
- Why modular?
- Differences between modular system concepts
- Basic layout and workflow of Scope Modular System
- Modular components and signal chain.
- Modular tricks and unique modules
We will get in depth and build a variety of machines while explaining how and why things are done.
Goals
- That you will feel much more comfortable with synthesis in general, and be able to understand better what is going on behind the scenes of any synth.
- Getting you going in using modular synthesis.
- Providing you with concepts and tools to take your own modular ideas to the next level.
- Getting you addicted
We will be using the Sonic Core Scope DSP Platform and Modular System for this course. You absolutely do not need to own the system, as the concepts shown are valid for any modular system. Of course, you will get an in-depth look at the Scope Modular, and get acquainted with this very nice system.

hey smoker - this specific modular is for this card only, but look on the very first video of the course i give many options for other modulars. sonigen is a good option but i didn't think the sound was that good in it.

my friend recently bought the new one too, what you are looking at the x-ite external version and is very happy with it. costs a ton but you get in this bundle a shitload of plugins for it, you won't look back man, you're set for studio core sound and routing for the next decade.

Im into modular thing about 3 years now when i bought my micro modular. Its a great experience and a very deep lesson into synthesis process when you decide to follow this step.
Thanks a lot for your hard work to share it with us.

Thanks for your incredible effort on making those videos. Great inspiration. Something I took out of watching your stuff (also your other vids) is that I´m now using more and more of that everevolving sounds within my projects which make the outcome unpredictable to a certain extend but keep the whole process more interesting and creative after all. Thanks for opening that door for me
