the souflaki place in agonda (goa) have some really good food!
tantra bar in katmandu have a good vibe and nice food & bar
the marakesh resturant in vagator (goa) have an amazing marocan food - highly recommended!
the double dutch resturant in arambol have some really good steak (not something you see everyday in india  )
and thats all western food, i wont recommend any local food places becouse there are so many of them, i dont know where to start

i dont know about cafe but Silver Inn restaurant in Kodi kicks ass, delicious food!!!!!
