i have to say Los Angeles CA and every single outdoors spot in southern California is just amazing....
4 years ago i would've said Guadalajara Mexico but now it's not what i used to be.

I would definately go with Aarhus (Denmark) or Örebro (Sweden), both cities holds a great number of artists that delivers some wonderful wacky stuff! |
