ya ninja gaiden and contra are classics for sure.. great music in those!
also ninja turtles 2 was classic
oh and by goonies i mean of course goonies2, the first kinda sucks 
other memorable ones for me:
sky shark, zelda2, digdug2, dragon warrior, paperboy, home alone and of course - faxanadu !

Most of the obvious ones, Zelda, SMB1, SMB3, Contra, Castlevania, there's also Metroid. Never forget Metroid. Damn that game was *huge* at the time... one insanely long level. |
